MAINTENANCE SERVICES

Tower Place Management has an email based Tenant Services Program to handle your requests for maintenance assistance.  This program is designed to improve the speed with which we are able to respond to your request and to ensure your satisfaction with the response.

Our Tenant Services Program automatically dispatches work orders to property staff for a timely response. 

In order to make this as easy as possible, we have identified key areas of concern on the chart below and where you should call to have each particular item taken care of.  Please note that if you are in doubt of which number to call, please call the Management Office at (407) 875-0505.

1. Emergencies – Please specify to operator that call is an emergency.
a. Fire/smoke (CALL 911 FIRST)
b. Water leaks
c. Elevator malfunctions
d. After-hours mytowerplace.net malfunctioning should be called into Tower Place
Security at 407-256-9667.

Office Managers can email the worker order email
address for these items:

1. Lights out

2. Electrical/plumbing problems

3. Temperature Adjusts

4. Pest Control

5. Janitorial complaints/special requests

6. Common area problems (restroom, elevators, stairwells, halls)

7. Miscellaneous repairs

Work orders received after 4:00 p.m. will be taken care of on the next business day.

Any work orders requiring reimbursement must be authorized in writing by the tenant before commencement of work.

Building Engineers are on duty Monday through Friday during normal business hours. They are here to maintain building operations and to provide standard building maintenance. A designated office contact should be the person to place all maintenance requests.
