Conference Center

The Tower Place Conference Center is located on our 5th floor in Suite 560. The Conference Center is available for use by the Tower Place tenants. Company meetings and trainings can be scheduled Monday through Friday during building hours for whole or half day by prior reservation with the Management Office.

The room is set up in a classroom style to meet your training/meeting needs. Our other amenities include;

•   Both wired and wireless Internet access

•   70 inch Television Monitor

•   PowerPoint Projector

•   Conference Telephone

•   Adjoining kitchen with full sized refrigerator, sink and microwave

•   A main lobby sign and directional sign on the 5th floor are available to
    welcome your guests if requested at the time of your reservation

•   Nature’s Table Café is located on the first floor for convenient catering

Health Club

Tower Place provides an exercise facility for its tenants. To use the facility each person must pay the current nominal charge of $20.00 per month and sign a hold harmless agreement. Membership is on a month-to-month basis. At the time of payment he/she will be given the new health club code that is changed at the beginning of each month. The facility is not supervised and is used at the individual’s own risk. It is the tenants’ responsibility to leave the facility in the same condition as it was found. Please immediately report any repairs and maintenance needs to the Management Office.

Nature’s Table Cafe

Nature's Table is located in Suite 190 off the Lobby on the first floor. The business hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays and they are closed on weekends.

Valet Dry Cleaning

Valet Dry Cleaning – Located in the mail room (1st floor service hallway). Detailed brochures are located on the container.
