BUILDING RULES AND REGULATIONS

The list of building rules and regulations is attached to and made a part of your lease. Please refer to your lease or inquire in the Management Office if you have any questions. The rules and regulations are subject to change from time to time.

1. Shoes and shirt are required in the lobby or other common areas of the building.

2. No vehicles are to be parked in the handicap parking spaces unless they are properly identified with a handicap decal, hang tag or license tag on the vehicle. All violators are subject to having their vehicles ticketed by the City of Maitland Police Department and/or towed.

3. All cars must be parked in the Tower Place parking garage and must display a Tower Place hang tag at all times.

4. No tenant is allowed to prop open the entry door to their office suite unless we are experiencing an air conditioning malfunction. City of Maitland Building Code states that all doors must be kept closed.

5. No delivery trucks are allowed to park outside the main entrance of the building.

6. By Florida Statute #386.201, smoking is not allowed in the building common areas. There is to be no smoking in the building whatsoever.  Currently, the designated smoking areas are located on the south side of the building near the pond, and in the parking garage on the 3rd floor where the designated smoking area is clearly marked on the pavement.

7. Electronic cigarettes (E-cigarettes) are not permitted to be used inside the Tower Place building. Vaping is to be done in the Designated Smoking Areas listed above.

8. No extraneous signage or holiday decorations are to be displayed outside an office suite entrance.
