AFTER-HOURS AIR CONDITIONING

MYTOWERPLACE.NET is the computerized software program that enables a tenants’ authorized user to log into the website to reserve after-hours air conditioning and heating. The current cost per hour is $35.00 (subject to change) plus sales tax. Forms will be forwarded to your Office Manager to designate those persons to be set up for this feature. Hours when air conditioning/heating is provided:

Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.*
Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – Noon*
Sunday: NONE
