CLEANING SERVICES

The cleaning for the building is done by a contract service provider, under rigid contract specifications. All personnel are insured by the service provider and meet specific requirements for employment.

Cleaning services will be provided Monday through Friday. Day maids are on the property from 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The evening cleaning crew arrives at 6:00 p.m.

Good housekeeping is a very important part of our building operation. Please advise the Management Office whenever service is not satisfactory. We meet regularly with the cleaning contractor servicing the building to discuss performance and any areas requiring greater attention. Regular inspections are made to maintain satisfactory levels of performance. If you have special cleaning needs, such as carpet sh ampooing, please contact the Management Office. Special cleaning services will be arranged at the tenant’s cost.

When a considerable amount of trash needs to be discarded, such as boxes from delivery of furniture or equi p.m.ent, the tenant is responsible for the disposal. Such trash can be discarded into the dumpster; however, our dumpster cannot accommodate boxes that have not been broken down. This is the tenant’s responsibility, not the cleaning service. Cleaning services are not provided on New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.
