INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS

All vendors (i.e. plumbers, coffee vendors, electricians, IT companies, etc.) that do work for your company in the Tower Place building are required to have an up-to-date insurance certificate on file in the building Management Office. If you are in doubt as to whether your vendor is up-to-date or even on file, please contact the Management Office.
